[Personality]
Ever since he was in the egg, Kir has been outspoken to an annoying degree. You don’t want to hear his opinion? Tough, he’s going to give it. He’ll say what he wants when he wants, and automatically expects everyone to listen. This kind of narcissist thinking tends to make him believe he is smarter (and more handsome) than anyone else. However he does have moments of humility – sometimes a woman returning flattery will cause him to pause his flirting and blush. However most of these humility moments come with his partner, Jing. He will often sing Jing’s praises, though only after he’s said the boy couldn’t tie his shoes without Kir’s help. If someone were to insult Jing, Kir would get right in their faces and tell them to take it back. He can get mean and snarky with Jing, but it’s usually out of affection and playing along with whatever game or ruse Jing is playing with. After all, every time Jing has a crazy scheme that Kir doesn’t understand, he keeps following his friend no matter what.
One of the biggest definitions of his personality is his perversion. He loves women – not other birds, but human women. Young and old (though not grannys) he adores them all, and will use every single opportunity to flirt with them. Each time he sees a gorgeous woman, he can easily be convinced SHE IS THE ONE! For example, when traveling with Grenadine and Sugar, he tried to convince Sugar to sign a marriage license with him. But by the very next story he’s on to a new girl, professing his love for her beauty. When female birds show them their affection, he is downright disgusted and wants to get away. He goes above and beyond whatever it takes for a good looking girl, including risking his life, or defying Jing. Even when he’s rejected, he still keeps flirting despite the risks it could take to his health. He doesn’t grope them or force a kiss – mostly it’s just verbal, though every so often he’ll slide a hand on their back or pucker up his beak. (… Not sure how that works, but, well, this is a comic book.)
Kir enjoys stealing things with Jing for the thrill of it, though he will lament if they have to lose a treasure, such as the Elixir of life. In that regard, he’s more selfish than Jing, though he tends to use what stolen goods he has as presents to women. But still he’ll follow Jing to the ends of the earth, despite being easily frightened by horrific monsters or thinking something’s an incredibly stupid idea. In one story he’ll refuse to use his powers of Kir Royale because of a petty squabble, but in another he’ll cry mountains of tears if he thinks his friend has passed on. He’s a loud, emotional birdy that cares for these things in this order – Jing, Women, and Thievery. If you’re not in those category, then good luck, pal, because he won’t be pleasant to be around.
[Specialties/Abilities]
Aside from basic talk and speech, Kir’s main and only power is the Kir Royale. This is when he latches onto Jing’s right arm, and becomes a weapon. He shoots a green ball of hard energy that’s enough to demolish buildings. He’s in control of this weapon, and can refuse to fire if he’s in a bad mood. He also needs some time to recover in-between shots, at the least a few minutes. Very rarely, he has the power to temporarily give another bird his Royale ability – it is exchanged through a kiss, and then that bird can hang onto Jing’s arm and use the Royale. But in time it will return to Kir.
[Affection]
If you're a girl, expect flirting, maybe a kiss or a grope on the back (though I'll refrain if I know it's not cool.) And I accept anything given back to him.

He can't fight on his own, he needs Jing. Hurting him is fine, but anything huge needs permission, please.
